I just was curious with all the nasty winter weather across the nation if anyone else is snowed in like I am here in Kansas City, MO? BF worked from home yesterday but is venturing out to work today but since I work for a school district I'm off! He doesn't want me out since I'm 38 weeks with the roads still being slick in spots so looks like a boring day with just me and the Netflix!

    I'm in Canada, but we're still expecting a few centimeters. About 6 inches, which absolutely does not qualify as being snowed in here, the main problem is the icy rain they've been warning us against... We've had black ice form for a couple of nights in a row, and getting out of our driveway is not the easiest thing. The main roads are taken care of thankfully, as I have a ton of appointments to get to today and tomorrow. At almost 36 weeks, I feel safe still wandering the roads, but I'm not going to push it too far... Just the appointments and then it's back home snuggled under the covers! Hopefully electricity will remain despite the ice storms.

    I'm in Overland Park, 38 weeks also well, 38 plus 5, but working today. I think the roads aren't too bad, though. Enjoy your snow day!

    I think he is just being over protective honestly! We live near State Line and he works in OP but our neighborhood is still kinda a mess so I'm glad I don't have to drive to Lee's Summit for work because according to my mom they really got hit over there!
