Biggest Struggle? Keeping a steady diet on the weekends. It is so easy during the week because I have everything I need to have healthy snacks and meals at work, but on the weekends I have so many wonderful tempting food items in my cabinets.

What is your Favorite WW recipe so far? zero point cabbage soup
Biggest Struggle? Trying to quit diet soda and energy drinks. I have cut back significantly....looking to completely quit them soon. It's hard when they are zero points so you feel like you can have them.
What day would you like to do a TBWW Check-In? Mondays, it's the day I need the most motivation because I usually have cheat meals on the weekends and it's hard to come back to the healthy mode on Monday.
I think we should also add a "lbs lost" section. Not because I can't do simple math but because it feels really good to ackowledge how much you have lost by typing it out.
I don't do weight watchers but I do count calories, so I'm going to participate!
Starting Weight? My highest pregnancy weight was 180. I was 160 in January when I had stopped pumping and decided to count calories.
Goal Weight? 135ish is where I am happy.
Current Weight? 147
What is your Favorite WW recipe so far? I've never checked out weight watchers recipes, but I love to make chicken tacos at home. It's one of my favorite low-calories options.
Biggest Struggle? Since giving birth, I have developed a SERIOUS sweet tooth.

Biggest Struggle? the weekend is definitely my biggest struggle. during the week I am so busy I don't have time to think about food.
What day would you like to do a TBWW Check-In? I'm okay with any day but Monday's would be my first choice.
I will just say I have lost 12.5 lbs since January 2nd! I still have a lot to lose and I know I will never be a size 4 but my goal is a size 10.

Biggest Struggle? not eating a full meal when I get home from work. I work late so my dinner is actually my lunch break at work. after working a 7-4 shift last year I would always be starving when I got home cuz it was dinner time. Need to train my brain to think otherwise now.

biggest struggle: finding time to exercise, eating all my daily points, and not relying on processed crap (because its easier to track). I tend to not eat if I don't know how many points something is, so at the end of the day I'm starving and eat a bunch of points all at once...so not healthy!
