Anyone else frustrated with lack of progress their baby is making? We had zero change this week. Im so bummed. Anyone else?

    Yup. 38 week appt was yesterday and I am 0.5 cm dilated. Im pretty sure that is a nice way of saying 0 but trying to give me a little hope

    I have been disappointed because I thought things could be easier this time. I was disappointed to find baby wasn't engaged and head down, but to the left. 

    At 38 weeks I was 1cm though which I wasn't with my DD till I was induced. Dr said cervix was still high. I lost my mucous plug last night and never saw that with my DD. Still with his head not in place I don't feel real great.

    Looking forward to my Thursday appt. I keep trying to tell myself he will come when ready and there isn't really much I can do.

    Still I feel your frustration.

    You have 3 whole weeks left, there will be progress eventually.

    Yes, 38wk. appt. today and doctor said barely 1cm dilated and cervix is no where close to being soft.  i'm just keep thinking about all the posts that say 1cm means nothing sometimes and  that i could suddenly go into labor at any time!  i see lots of walking and evening primrose oil in my future!
