Cleaning on two levels

If you have 2 levels in your home, do you keep cleaning supplies on each level? Or do you carry them around?

I'm lazy and we just have duplicates.

We keep supplies under all the sinks (kitchen and bathrooms). We also have a vacuum on each floor.

I live in a ranch style house, so we just have the main level and a completed basement.

I keep windex, spray bleach, toilet bowl cleaner, tilex and some rags in a basket upstairs (3 bedrooms & 2 baths upstairs)... but haul the vacuum, mop & broom upstairs when I need them. Everything else I need is on the main level.

Bathroom supplies are duplicated and everything else is kept in the kitchen (there are 4 levels in my Dad's house). I would LOVE LOVE LOVE two vacuums! One can dream.
