  Sounds like it.....w/ multiples pregnancies there us a wide range of "normal". Is this your first pregnancy? Your uterus is growing and expanding a ton even in the beginning. If you are really concerned, though, it never hurts to call your doctor. GL and congrats!

  Thank you. Yes this is my 1st normal pregnancy. My 1st wasn't viable due to being ectopic. I've had alot of cramping that just comes off and on occasionally but everywhere I read that is normal.

  I'd say if you want concrete advice you should ask  your OB or RE, however, in my experience this is normal.  I had some WEIRD growth pains in the first few weeks.  From "pulled muscle" feelings to full on "sharp stab" pains for an instant then it would be gone.  It can never hurt to call the RE though, they'll either answer your Q or give you an ultrasound.

  I had the same symptom with both my pregnancies. I think it is totally normal. Congratulations!

  Thank you all for your responses!! I gave in a little while ago and emailed my nurse, she said it was all completely normal and it was round ligament pain. So glad and it puts my mind to ease.
