What is "pressure"?

So I had my first internal last Monday and since my cervix was closed, my dr. opted out of doing one today unless I had been feeling "pressure." Since I am a FTM idk if I have had pressure....would I know? what does it feel like? and where is this pressure? i.e. floor of the vagina? the menstral like cramps I get?

Pressure is hard to describe but like they said you will know if you have it. It makes me waddle!

lol! I described it to my husband last week as feeling like there is a watermelon up there that feels like it is ready to fall out, but it just can't fit.
