Babies: 3 - 6 Months

Am I the only one

Am I the only one that is getting cravings NOW after having baby. No I'm not pregnant lol. I never got cravings while I was pregnant and now I can't live without chocolate and just cravings everywhere. I know my body is still trying to get back to normal and my hormones are out of wack still.. It's getting a little irritating that my SO thinks I'm prego EVERY time I say I'm in the mood for something!

  • You're not the only one. I didn't really have any cravings while I was pregnant and wasn't very hungry either. Now, 3 months later, I crave ice (weird, I know.) and chocolate, and I'm hungry ALL the time.

  • Definitely not the only one! I've POAS a few times just to make sure they aren't pregnancy related. I have been craving salty snacks recently. I'm also more hungry than I've ever been in my life. I'm chalking it all up to breastfeeding.

Craving ice can be a sign of low iron levels.

  • My craving is chocolate. I think it's serious. I eat it all day...everyday. I really want to start working out and eating good and its gonna be hard. I have never eaten chocolate like this before. I thought when I got my first period maybe things would calm down but nope.

You know, I've heard that before.  I'll definitely be asking my doctor about it at my next checkup.
