Cute or lame

So I'm not sure so I'm asking advice!?

Is it cute or lame when moms dress siblings so they match?? Lucas and Nathan are 18 months apart and I think I want them to match for Easter. What do you think? My mom always had my sister and I dressed to match for church and the pictures are so cute. But I'm not sure if its cute with boys are just lame.

My whole family had to match for holidays when I was growing up, mom dad brother and me... our outfits also had to match the living room in school pictures for when they were framed, but that's a whole nother level of OCD haha
If someone looks at cute kids dressed up on Easter and their response is to judge you for having fun with their outfits then they're the lame ones not you.
I say do whatever makes you smile!!!!
What's the worst that could happen, you all look back when they're older and laugh andor use the pics as bribery in their teen years? Lol

I think it is cute when 2 or 3 siblings are dressed alike for special occasions when they are very young. I'd say once one of them hits kindergarten age it's time to stop and I don't think it is ever cute for the entire family to match or coordinate.

I tend to like coordinated outfits instead of matching. Like they could both wear the same plaid button down but one in blue and one in green with the same pants. However I still think matching outfits would be cute.

My grandmother always made me, my mom and my sister the same dress for easter and christmas. I think it was probably cute at the time but looking back we laugh. Mostly because my grandmother, though an excellent seamstress, did not have much fashion sense so they were a little old fashion. We basically looked like we stepped out of an episode of little house on the prairie.

They had to match the living room! Lol. I don't think I have ever heard of someone doing that before.

I think the coordinating outfits is cute... not exactly the same, but similar or same colours/style. The same outfit could be cute for VERY small kids.

Haha yeah she def took it to the extreme, even now when we're visiting she'll sneak and change her shirt to match my son after he's dressed! lol
I find it endearing though, to each their own.

Thanks girls, I did all my boys in khakis and white back and red checkered shirts, all different styles, for Christmas but I'm thinking this Easter I want my babies to match while its still cute and have big bro in the same general colors. Thanks again

Now to find outfits I can afford two of!

Try Walmart they always have super cute outfits around Easter!

I think we may do a color cordinated Family Picture when Marcus turns 1.

It's cute!!! DS1 (3 years old) gets so excited when they match. It only happens in pj's and socks. Still a little far apart to wear the same outfit. Hopefully when DS2 is a little bigger they can match for a special occasion.
