BBB for all the reasons PPs stated. If BBB was closer to where we live, I would never go to BRU. In fact, I only go to BRU when I can't find something at Target or Walmart.
BBB! Better selection, much more organized, polite/knowledgeable staff, great customer service. There is only one BBB in my state that is 40mins away from me, and I have two BRUs within 10mins of my house....I make the trek to BBB. If not, then I go to Target. After I used my last gift card to BRU I didn't plan on returning.
It probably depends on where you live. Where I am, the BBB is a little more "upscale" ... for instance, they're more likely to carry the high end strollers.
BRU might be a better choice if your family and friends are dispersed around the country simply because there are more locations.

BRU is nice and convienent especially when you are expecting. They have everything that is basic. But after my LO was born I noticed and I realized things I actually need or better brands that I learned about, BBB was my choice. BRU also has a horrible toy selction and now that my LO is growing she needs things to stimulate her.

Big BBB fans. Each "room" is geared to a specific group of items. So the organization is great, there are not 20 aisles to go down. I also find the staff to be well informed...
Re: BBB or BRU?

Just a few questions regarding BBB and Bed & Bath coupons:
- Do the Bed & Bath coupons have to be unexpired?
- Does BBB have their own coupons similar to Bed & Bath? If so, do you have to sign up somehow to receive them?
TIA!
