convertible car seats ?

Which convertible car seats did you or will you get? Evenflo? Britax? Dion Radian? In addition to high safety ratings, I'd like something narrow so that I could fit two car seats plus one person on the back seat of my rav4. Thanks.

    We have two Britax carseats, a Boulevard and Roundabout. They are on opposite sides of the bench seat third row of my minivan. The Boulevard is FF and the Roundabout is RF. There isn't enough room for a person to sit between the carseats. They're pretty big carseats, especially the Boulevard.

    I haven't bought them yet, but we are going to get 2 diono radians. they are the only seats narrow enough to get three kids across my backseat. And even though they are super expensive, they are good up to like 120 lbs or something, so they are a good investment. Everything else I saw that was cheaper priced was only good to 40lbs...

    Can you test the car seats in your car before buying them?  I know some stores allow it.  We have the Safety First Air 65s (or maybe the Complete 65s, whichever ones are in the $150 range) and we can fit a person between the seats in my Rogue, but not comfortably (good enough for a short trip).  We have Evenflo DLXs in H's Accord, and it's the same deal, we can fit someone in the middle but it's not the most comfortable thing.

    A triplet mom in my MoMs group raves about the Combi Coccoro.  It is only good to 40lbs though so you may need to take that into consideration as well!  Amazon has a good deal on the brown color right now

    I love my Diono Radians. We've put a slender person between them in my CRV. But the real selling point for me was the high weight and height limits for RFing.
