Terrible Two's already?!

My sweet little boy has vanished!!!!  He has been taken over by this little boy who thinks its funny to hit, slap, scratch, and bite!!!!  I've tried to use a stern voice with him and putting him down to ignore him when he starts being mean but he just keeps it up and even laughs at me after I try to discipline him ---- any other suggestions?? and is anyone else's LO starting to do this???

    Same here!  The hitting has curbed a little bit, but he got in a lot of good face shots while it was still hilarious to him.  I've also gotten a glimpse into little "tantrums"; if he doesn't want to do something, he'll kick his legs out over and over and flail his arms.  This totally scares me thinking what it will turn into over the next few years!!!  Sorry no advice but you're not alone :(
