Feeling better about attempting a VBAC

I just came from my first appointment and found out that the hospital I will be delivering at has an 80% success rate with VBACS! Which sounds very promising. I was also told that I'm a great candidate for a VBAC and there's no reason why I would need another csection unless this baby ends up breech like my first pregnancy. So it's looking good!

  • Excellent. Good luck mama.

  • That sounds great! I'm hoping that baby gets into position and that no other obstacles (medical or not) intervene.
"What are you having?" "Well the radiologist says its a healthy little human baby. I'm a little disappointed, because I really wanted a puppy." LOL
  • Great! Did you labor at all with your first? Assuming you didn't, I would be prepared mentally for labor and pushing like a first time mom since your body hasn't done it before. So, 17-20 hours of labor with 2-3 of pushing wouldn't be out of the ordinary!  There's no reason you can't do it! Yes
  • i hope you have a successful VBAC!
