Potty training

To all of you veteran moms of multiples, just wondering if you can dish out some advice about potty training. I have a 10 year old, so it has been a while since I have attempted this, and never with two at the same time. My twins are 14 months old; I have found that the best thing for them is a routine. First thing in the morning, I am sitting them on their potty chairs while I brush my teeth, (not really worried about them doing anything in it right now, just trying to get them familiar). Then they (read: I with their ?help?) brush their teeth and proceed to get the morning started. I still have the older child I need to monitor/get off to school, so I am just looking for some pointers on how to make this happen, when the time comes. Thank you in advance.

 

ETA: I am by no means attempting to full out, potty train at this point. Just looking for some "what to expect while potty training multiples".

    I'm pt'ing DS now and he's 3. I think you are too early and I wouldn't do much more right now.

    Thank you. I am not potty training, but I would like some advice on what to expect on when I am ready. Right now I am just trying to get them familiar, something I didn't do with my oldest, to see if we have a better experience. Good luck to you and your little one!

    We did 3 Day Potty Training at 37m and it worked well. We did some "pre-PTing" starting around 18-19m (had a potty, talked about what we were doing, etc.) but they didn't show interest or readiness till almost 3.
