Pregnant in San Francisco!

Hi All!

My name is Rikki and I'm looking to connect with some other mommy-to-be types I'm six weeks pregnant and so excited, BUT my family is all on the east coast, and my partners family is pretty far away as well. I could really use some lively pregnancy discussion, or maybe just a friend to do some prenatal yoga with and drink decaf

Hi Rikki!

Congratulations!!!!! I can imagine it being tricky with family so far away and would love to help field some of your excitement!!!!! I am just about 12 weeks now and while we have quite a bit of family around( husband is from a large Italian family and my family makes up for numbers in spunk), none of our friends are quite at the children stage yet, so the idea of having someone to just share it with is really appealing : )

We live in Menlo Park, but my husband works in the city so maybe we can work something out! I have vowed to be an avid prenatal yogi...though so far I haven't torn myself away from my runs.

Congrats on your pregnancy. I would look into finding a prenatal yoga class in your area. I don't think any of the regs are up in the City (if my memory serves)
