I'm eating a turkey sandwich on sandwich thins. H is going to bake some chicken breasts and steam some broccoli for him and DD. I have class tonight at 5 so I get a pass on cooking LOL

I've got a pork loin in the crock pot with some apple slices & apple juice. I have a small crock pot full of fresh mushrooms with melted butter & a pack of dry ranch mix. We'll add either a box of mac n cheese or some pasta roni to it. The mushrooms are my favorite!!

It's really a great time. I enjoy the food and many of the places have cider for those not into beer.
