I'm just going to be super vague at te pediatrician. We had our 9mo check up on Friday. When asked where he sleeps, I described our side car. Then asked about how long a stretch he sleeps I said 4 hours. And how much he eats, about 8 times per day and is weird with textures so BLW solids usually once or twice per day anything actually goes in.
I'm just going to start saying he sleeps in a crib, he's a good sleeper and he eats enough, which are all true. Because its not worth the scolding to go into more detail about the completely NORMAL habits of a 9mo old.
I'm the same way with our pediatrician. He's a good guy, but our parenting ideas are different. As long as nothing could be medically different then it's not a problem. I always just remind myself that my pedi is an older guy, 30 years ago there were totally different ways of parenting.
