I need suggestions. My LO sleeps so well (and falls asleep so well) swaddled. He's started moving a lot more and trying to turn over which makes me panic. He typically breaks out of the swaddle mid nap or sleep and his neck is very strong, but I'm still concerned. I've tried just doing one arm swaddled, but he constantly wakes himself up and we've a hard time getting him to go to sleep that way. Any suggestions are appreciated. TIA

Re: How to stop swaddling
Thank you both. We have a white noise machine currently which has helped a lot. Ok, so cold turkey and a few restless nights. I'll give it a try. Thanks!
