Okay ladies its a fresh new week! Time to check in :
Goals...yesterday was my weigh in day and I am down one pound from last week so elven to go!
Food...two wheat waffles with pb and banana for breakfast, two eggs with pepper, tomato, steak and cheese for lunch, Lara bar and baby carrots for a snack, portabella steak tortellini and an ice cream cone for dinner. rung in about 2000 calories.
Exercise...due to major baby clingage I only got some arm weights and pushups in, not much for Abs. Although I spent themajority of the day carrying a baby so that helps :
Life... DH and I are having some issues,I wrote about it on my bmb. Dealing with a fussy six week old has been hard on us and I really hope it gets better. She did sleep a longer stretch last night so I am more functional today. We shall see.
Plan... Breakfast was cliff bar and nutella. Hoping to get some treadmill and legs in today :

Goals: I will probably weigh in on Wednesday or Thursday. When i weighed myself last week I had lost 3lbs since the week before, so that's a plus! Let's keep it rolling. Although I did eat way too many rice krispie treats and gushers yesterday. Shameful.
Food: I'm having my coffee w/ sugar free coffee mate right now. Breakfast will probably either be whole wheat waffles w/ pb, oatmeal, or an egg sandwich on multigrain toast. Lunch and dinner lately have been a struggle - I find myself grabbing at whatever is quick, convenient, and easy to eat with one hand.
Exercise: I'd like to take the dog for a jog/walk in a bit (if DH will keep an eye on DS while I'm gone).
Life: Slowly, I think things are starting to settle in a bit. DS's witching hours are becoming sort of predictable, and DH was really helpful last night by taking him and soothing him so I could have a little bit of down time to catch up on emails, the bump, etc. I totally would've made it up to him *wink wink*, but we've both been exhausted. Again...shameful.
Plan: I need to get my @$$ moving to get my jog in, BUT...the baby's crying to eat now, so gotta go!!

todays goal: get DD to nap in her crib! Working out for me is a bit of a struggle since DD loves being held (and with my job I get plenty of exercise!)
food: breakfast was 2 pieces of ww toast with PB, banana, and coffee. Lunch will be a turkey sandwhich on ww toast with celery and PB, snaking on carrots, cucumber or apple. Not sure what I'll do for dinner yet, something quick and easy since DH is out of town on business again this week.
life: just found out hat DH's grandfather is in the hospital because they thought he had a heart attack so taking DD with the MIL to visit today then back to work tomorrow.
Food: banana for breakfast. Chicken breast, yogurt, watermelon and pineapple for lunch and fiber one bar. Not sure about dinner yet as hubby will be gone.
Exercise: today is my off day after a long run yesterday, but I'm a high school teacher and my first two hours of the day I teach yoga....so that's exercise in itself.
Life: DS is doing great. Still sleeping really well and growing big. Hubby and I are just feeling the stress of life with a baby and I feel disconnected....but hopefully we will reconnect later tonite....

Goal: overall goal is to be down to my college weight by may. Which means losing about 20lbs from where I am now. I guess that averages out to 2lbs a week. But the truth is I don't even own a scale so I'm just going to be as healthy as I can and hope the number on the scale goes down with it.
Food: I'm not gonna lie, I had cookies for breakfast. Lunch will be a ham and cheese sandwhich and a pickle. For dinner I'm making chicken with potatoes and green beans. I've been working on cutting out fast food/soda, and portion control, which I've been doing well with the past few weeks.
Exercise: I started insanity last week. I stuck with it the whole week up until Saturday, when I started the warmup and then DH and I started arguing and that continued until about 1am, so I didn't do the workout at that point. Sundays are off days. I had every intention of doing it this morning while the kids were still sleeping, but my bed was just too comfy. I WILL do it tonight when the kids are in bed.
Life: as I said above, DH and I have been fighting. I think we're both just stressed and taking it out in each other. We're also discussing possibly selling our house to move to a better school district. We have a few years before DD starts school, but if we don't move, we want to start some remodeling. But we don't want to go through all if that to end up selling the house shortly anyway.
Plan: stick to insanity, every day, no matter what time it is. Drink more water.

Goals... No change. Still 20 to go...
Food... Eh, ok. I did cave and have some Easter candy, which I shouldn't even have in the house yet.
Exercise... Can't go to the gym since there's no one to watch the baby.
Life... Tired. Cranky. Toddler won't nap.
Plan... I'll probably take both kids out for a walk in the double stroller later.

Took the baby out for a walk today since its going to be the only sunny day this week! Going to snow the rest of the week (eww) and she slept he entire walk so I went just a little further

Goals: lose 50lbs
Food: Breakfast- 4 egg whites & 2 morning star veggie patties. Lunch-grilled chicken, spinach & balsamic dressing. Snack-plain Greek yogurt with protein powder mixed in. Dinner-grilled chicken, spinach & brown rice
Exercise: no time today. I currently work from home till DD is 12 wks then she'll go to daycare and I'll be back in the office. DH works nights so I'm on baby duty almost all day. Where do I fit in exercise???

life is very busy and stressful for me right now.
Plan: continue eating clean and try and find at least 30 min to exercise everyday.

A little late posting but had a rough night yesterday! DS is going through a growth spurt... = no sleep for me!
Weighed in yesterday at 165.5, down 3 from a week and a half ago so that's good. 130 is the goal, but I tend to follow size/ inches more - I'll be measuring myself at some point today ( bust, hips, biceps, individual thighs, waist ). Too much emphasis is placed on weight, and muscle can replace fat, making it appear on the scale as not losing weight. I was in the best shape ever right before I got pregnant (surprise baby!) so I know what my body looks like at 130 and that's what I'm shooting for!
Nutrition- Eggbeaters and whole wheat toast for breakfast, 1piece Ezekiel bread w/ natural PBJ for lunch, smart pasta, tuna and broccoli/chz for dinner, 2 oatmeal cookies for late snack... Could be better, but we're not grocery shopping til Wed so I had to make due!
Exercise- 10 min bike, 15 min elliptical, 20 min walking.
Life- DS has GOT to be going through a growth spurt, he's not sleeping as well and waking up all the time to feed. Last evening/ nt was rough so SO let me sleep in today and took care of him. Feel a lot better after my morning nap!
