Bumble ride indie twin

Does anyone have a bumble ride indie twin and would you recommend it? It gets alot of good reviews but in one I read that it only fits one car seat at a time. I'm a FTM so I'm wondering how important is it to be able to use car seats with the stroller when they are newborns.

Re: Bumble ride indie twin

  • We have it and I LOVE it.  We use a Britax B Ready as a DSNG for our car seats so I can't speak to that, but when we go out without the car seats it's a great stroller.  I absolutely hated the City Mini I used with a nanny family so this was my first choice.  It pushes very nicely, the wheels are great and we have had no issues with it.  We were able to lay the seats all the way back and take our first walk around the neighborhood when they were 1 week old.  We have the teal color (blanking on the real name of it) and it's beautiful.  It folds up super easy and I don't think it's too heavy.  We have a Honda Odyssey and it's simple to get in and out of the back of our van.  The basket underneath is a great size, the shade hoods are huge and can cover a lot of the baby when pulled all the way forward.  I really can't say enough good things about the stroller (can you tell?)  I love everything about it.

I don't have the Bumbleride, but it actually will take two Maxi-Cosi Mico car seats-- one at a slightly higher level than the other, like stadium seating, but sideways.

    HTH.

  • The newer models use two seats. I like mine a lot but I can't fit it in my car well. I have a Pilot but have a kid in one third row seat. We are planning to get a minivan shortly and I am excited to be able to fit it in the back. It is a little bulky compared to less robust models but it drives like a dream!

I had never heard of the snap and go now that I've done the research I'm definitly getting that too! I think you must have the seagrass color which is the one that I want it's so pretty.

The great thing about the Britax over the DSNG is that you can use it as a single stroller later on.  You can also do the lower seat for a bigger baby, but our plan is to only use it as the DSNG and as a single stroller.  :)  I wanted to Seagrass so bad but had to settle on the one that is the solid teal.  DH would NOT get the Seagrass. Buzz.kill. :)

We just got a pilot , I love it! These are out first babies though so we can still put the third row down for more storage room.

  • I just got mine and I love how it rides.  I haven't put any babies in it yet, but I did a lot of research and for the price it was the best option.  I am going to start out with the Snap N Go with my Chicco Keyfit carseats, and once the beans are a bit bigger I plan to just take them out of the carseat and plop them into the Bumbleride.

    It's a gorgeous stroller!
