So we just got back from out WTF after last months chemical pregnancy and I am very pleased! I had planned to try and talk him into a 5th IUI since two years ago he always said he did 4 IUIs and then moved on to IVF. But I didn't need to because he said "That's if you didn't get PG. Obviously, this was not the final outcome we wanted but it shows you released an egg, your tubes are still clear, the sperm made it into the egg and you successfully implanted. I have no problem with doing a few more IUIs since you are OOP. If you had great IF insurance I'd say 'Sure, lets do IVF for the best odds'. But since we've seen this treatment worked once and you just landed on the statistical side of m/c, I feel confident letting you continue with it."
We were thinking of putting off IVF until next year anyway in order to buy a house this year (and save a few hundred a month on mortgage vs rent). So DH's annual bonus can go for that instead of IVF. Now we're just going to wait a few months for HSA to build back up again and go again. Best of both worlds? If we buy a house and are able to save the few hundred each month it will make it that much easier to pay for IVF if we do need it. So it looks like Mid May after we get back from our Reno/Lake Tahoe vacation will be about when we go for it!

After 1 year of infertility, our little miracle was conceived via our 3rd IUI on May 5, 2013.

BFP #1: 2/15/12-Ectopic/Mtx at 6 wks
BFP #2: 10/12/12-m/c at 5 wks.
Me: MTHFR, Low AMH (1.1), High NK cells and Antiphospholipid Antibodies.
IVF with ICSI in August 2013 brought us our babies. ER-9R, 7M, 4F w/ICSI ET of 2-Grade 2 blasts.
Dx shortened cervix, PTL, and preeclampsia during pregnancy. Lots of medications and 13 weeks of bedrest, babies were born healthy at 34w4d!
CLOMID: 4 rounds, 50mg + TI = BFN's. FEMARA: 1 round = no response
12-24-2012 : Laparoscopy, Softball sized cyst/endo/scar tissue removed.
Cycle #14 - Feb 2013 : 50mg clomid. Ovidrel Trigger. IUI on 2/14/13 = thin lining, multiple cysts.
Cycle #16 actively trying (May/June): Femara, TI = BFN
Cycle #17- #20 - Med/Treatment break, trying on our own = BFN's all around.
Cycle #21 - Femara, MORE Femara, Ovidrel and a Christmas IUI = BFN

Nov&Dec-Provera because of no period after 35+ days
First RE appt 1/10/2013
Tests: TSH (normal), Prolactin (normal), SA (abnormal)
Hysteroscopy (normal) and PCOS labs (negative/normal) 1/15/2013
2/1/13- HPT BFP but Beta Hcg was negative
Plan: Femara + Trigger + IUI in April if no real BFP before then Bloggy Blog!
After almost 2 years of TTC and fertility treatments we got a surprise BFP in May 2013

PCOS (anovulatory and amenorrhea) and hypothyroid.
Currently taking Metformin 1500 MG and Synthroid.
Prior HSG and DH SAs were clear.
Feb 2013 - Switched clinics/RE and starting from the beginning again with some modifications.
Current status: CD 3 appointment showed lining was too thick (11.5 mm). Endometrial biopsy scheduled for CD 11. Next steps will be based on results.
