Help me find these shoes

Via Spiga "Mia" in a size 5.5. I have the color shown, but they apparently came in other colors, too. I'll take whatever color I can find in a 5.5. I bought them last fall at DSW on sale. I can't find them online; I'm the world's worst online shopper. They are seriously the best fitting, most comfortable pair of heels I've ever owned. I've run the pair I have now into the ground. I'm pretty rough on shoes.

I found a 7.5 and an 8.5 on overstock.com. Any other websites I should check?

I have never shopped from them but they are BBB reviewed, they use credit cards and paypal, They have mixed reviews but it seems there return policy is simple you pay the shipping so if something went wrong it seems like a easy return.

The shipping is free and it was the only site I could find that had that type in a size 5.5
