Postpartum vulva care essentials?

Just starting to think about what supplies to have on hand.   Granny panties?  People seem to like the hospital grade pads.  Can I get those on amazon?  What brand?  

Anything else you're going to have at the ready?  Thanks!

    Tucks, dermaplast, pads in various sizes from giant to panty liners, peri bottle, witch hazel.

    All the PP suggestions, especially the sitz bath (my hospital gave me one).  And Advil!  I liked to layer the Tucks pads on top of my maxi pad for ongoing cooling relief.

    My mother told me to soak pads in witch hazel and keep them in the freezer.

    I had 4th degree tears!  ouchie.  the nurses gave a me bunch of the ice pads to take home, plus they showed us how to put crushed ice in a newborn diaper.  That plus the prescription meds helped the most.  I also kept witch hazel pads and lied them on top of the pads.  Sitz bath and the squeeze bottle are essential.  The nurses will show you how to use the sitz bath.  The bottle I used for at least a month for pee and poop.  warm water.  I confess that I also peed in the shower a couple of times out of necessity.
