Another post got me to wondering...if you like "trashy" magazines, do you get a subscription or just buy them at the store? I always feel like I am disappointed with magazine subscriptions unless they have recipes or patterns that I can save for later. On the other hand, I hate to shell out the extra money to buy them off the stands. Judging by the cricket-noises coming from my bedroom, it is time to invest in some Cosmo or something. hahaha
Re: s/o Trashy Magazines
I don't have subscripitions to any "trashy" type mags- but am guilty of buying a US Weekly, People, OK or In Touch at the checkout line if I like the stories on the cover.
I'd say its only once a month, probably less.
I don't have a subscription to any trashy magazines. If a story looks interesting I will either page through it at the super market or I will buy just the 1 issue. My magazine subscriptions are all related to food, health and general home stuff.
My mom has a subscription to People and she gives me every issue when she is done with it. 1 time a few years ago I paged through one at her house and now she acts super excited every time she gives me a stack of them. I don't have the heart (or balls) to tell her they all go in the trash.

I love BUST magazine.
I normally do not buy trashy magazines but will pick one or two up if I am headed up to the lake.
I have a subscription to Cosmo but usually dont get around to reading them until months later. My mom will also bring me People, Ok! and whatever else they have at work when they rotate them out.
