ROUGH couple days

So our lo is having a few issues the last couple days. Not really napping during the day, not sleeping at night and now fighting the bottle! I changed the nipple on his bottle to a level 2 and it made a slight difference but he's still fighting. He's doing the same thing while he nurses but not as bad as the bottle. He has bottle and breastfed with no issues since we brought him home, this literally just started a couple days ago. He's a also little fussier than usual. Just a tired/frustrated/worried mama looking for some advice.

    No real advice but I am sorry its been a rough few days.  It does get better, its likely just a growth spurt!  Do you  have someone who will watch him for a little bit while you get a short break?  My little one did this around 6 weeks and a friend took him for a walk so I could clean the house.  It was great!

    6 weeks wasnt fun for us. LO was extra fussy and wanted to eat all the time. Can you have your SO give the last feeding so u can go to bed early?

    So this is pretty standard? I hope it ends soon. DH is excellent at helping with LO but I breast and bottle feed so him helping makes it a little difficult. I breastfeed first and supplement with Formula after due to low supply. He will often feed him his bottle.

    6 weeks is a pretty rough growth spurt. It gets better pretty quick after that though.

    All I want to say is I an right there with you and exclusively breastfeeding so it sucks and DH is very little help except around the house. I pray this week is over fast, six weeks is brutal!

    Six weeks was brutal with DD. DH was out of town and I had no idea it was coming. Now with this one I will make sure not to plan anything around six weeks in case we have as difficult of a time.
