I had just gotten over the colic shakes (it was difficult...8 hrs screaming/day wks 2-9) and Grace began sleeping 7:30 or 8pm-4am, bottle, down by 4:45, up 7-8a. Daytime naps about 45 min-1.5 hrs, a random 2-3 hr here and there.
She is 4 mos tomm (born at 36w6d, so just over 3 mos adjusted). She has started chewing the heck out of her pointer or anything soft (does not like teething toys) and we can see the whites of her teeth under the gums. Also has had nasal congestions/drooling/cough for 3 days. Her daytime naps have become 20-45 mins and she's picked up a bottle between 12a and 1a. This morning took from 5-6:15a to get her back down as she's cried when her bottle ended (4oz, but she has reflux and more than that makes her throw up).
She was so overtired after only a 15 min nap ystrdy afternoon she fell asleep when I was holding her for 15 min at 5:30p, then had to be put down at 7p.
Ideas?

Re: DAYTIME SLEEP HARD TO COME BY
Honestly between the teething and nasal congestion sleep might be tough for a while
It sounds like her naps and MOTN wake ups are pretty normal for a 3-4 month old and will get better as she matures.
Are you using Tylenol or teething gel? That may help her get more sleep, but not all pedis recommend medication for young babies so check first.
I wish I could offer you more advice...but it will pass soon so hang in there.
