feeding change?

Is it possible or normal for LO to decrease her feeding amount? She's 3 and a half weeks old and has been eating 3oz for about a week and a half, and occasionally 4oz. Last night and this morning she doesn't want more than 2oz. Could she have been going through a growth spurt and it's over now? Or could she be sick? She's not acting sick or unhappy.

I posted on the BF and Babies boards about a poop change too. Just trying to get to the bottom of it.

    Babies are human beings, just like adults.  They are going to have different feeding and sleeping needs at different times.  As long as she is having enough wet and dirty diapers, I wouldn't worry.
