Foods that gave him a bad diaper rash?

I went to my girlfriends the other day and Jack had avocados and lentil soup. Both were delicious (I tried them) and Jack loved them too. He ate every bit up. Well, the next day he poo'd 5 times! That was a lot for him. It seemed like each time I changed him his booty got more and more red. Eventually he was crying when I wiped it. I felt horrible. I cloth diaper him and I also let his booty breathe for about 2 hours. The rash is going away but I feel terrible. Have you all experienced this with either of these two meals?
