Vitamin D and fussy baby

Has anyone noticed fussiness related to giving your LO vitamin D? We give it to her at night and have noticed she is very fussy in the evening. It could be just evening fussiness that everyone complains about but I was wondering if anyone has had problems with vitamin d. We will try holding off tomorrow to see what happens but in the meantime I figured I would ask around.

    Our LO would get very gassy and fussy after giving the vit D drops. I actually stopped using them because she was getting so uncomfortable.

    What type are you using? I have heard this quite a bit with the "vi sol" brands. I think it's due to all the extra junk in them, personally.

    A lot of people will recommend the Carlson's brand instread.

    Yes we do have the vi sol brand. I will definitely look into alternatives.

    The one previously mentioned or D drop ... only ONE drop needed, can go right on your nipple and then baby sucks. Ssssooooo much easier and less gross than that visol junk.

    We use the Carlson brand and have never had an issue.  I've heard the same things about the "vi sol" stuff.

    We use the vi sol stuff and give it to her in the morning. We have not had any problems with it, she actually seems to like them!

    We also use visol brand and i give it in the morning. He really is fussy at night before going to sleep.

    Using vi sol and definitely having that problem. I was already planning on calling the pedi to ask about the Carlson drops on Monday.
