Anyone out there with Mo Mo twins...Intro

I just recieved a tentative diagnosis today.  At 7 weeks we have two babies two heartbeats and one Gestational sac.  At 5 weeks I had one tiny gestational sac and at 6 weeks one gestational sac and one yolk sac and then today bam twins with heartbeats.  We are confused after reading about Mo Mo twins and a lot of people say the membrane may show up later although bc of the clearly late split the Dr thinks its leaning that way.  I m terrified after losing 4 pregnancies previously we had just adopted and now this.  Any advise would be amazing. Also does anyone know that is they do end up  having a membrane does that still mean identical?
After three miscarriages and one ectopic pregnancy we are currently pursuing adoption. " Born not from our flesh, but born in our heart. You were longed for and wanted and loved from the start."

This kind of twin pregnancy can be very precarious but many have had mo/mo twins and everything turned out fine. Please try and stay away from Dr. Google he can really freak you out, trust me! If they find a membrane eventually they may still be identical if they share a placenta which is mo/di twins like my girls. This kind of pregnancy is also precarious but again many have been successful. Try to stay positive and I'm sure with close monitoring everything will be ok. I see my perinatologist 2x/wk for ultrasounds and dopplers and so far we're still going strong at... well I'll be 26wks tomorrow (yay!). What I've done is set small milestones for myself to reach and just take it day by day and week by week. GL to you mama!

Yes you still have identical twins. I am mono/mono girls and our membrane never showed up. I am 20 weeks and my mfm specialist already said that he will be taking them at 32 weeks due to them being in the same sac and cord entanglement starting up. He still consider them for sure because they are in the same sac and sharing the placenta. My specialist always make sure they girls are ok and everything has been so far. I really like my specialist he makes me feel at ease and comfortable about the pregnancy. I think you will be fine just stay positive and happy.:)
