Morning all,
Wanted to write a post to see if anyone else experiences this...I never used to have lower back pain (only from time to time b/c I have a larger bust), but it seems that every since going off the BCP this past summer where we started TTC, I get lower (and even upper, at times) back pain starting from a few days after I ovulate to when AF shows up. That's usually how I sense AF is coming, and I am not KU.
But this never happened to me before...I know you can also have back pain if you are KU, but sadly, that isn't the case for me as of yet, and seems to be my advanced warning that AF is coming in about a week or so.
Not only is it bothersome, but it makes me a little sad that I have this discomfort for several days because AF is showing up...
Anyone else experience this for multiple days? Anything to alleviate it?
Thanks!

Yes, I noticed this after stopping BCP too. It doesn't happen every cycle but it does happen. Usually when AF is coming but this cycle, I've noticed it on and off while waiting to O (I'm currently on CD37 and still waiting).
ETA: to answer your other question, when I take pain killers for cramps, it usually helps the back pain too. Extra Strength Tylenol has been enough so far.
TTC #1 since August 2012
