DH ran cross country in high school and continued running in college, but didn't try out for the team.
I didn't play team sports in high school. I was a horseback rider and rode dressage. I still have my horses (they live with my parents), but I haven't ridden since I was pregnant with DS! Someday, I'll get back to it.
Here's a PIP of my girl before she got sick (she has EPM and looks like a mess right now):
What sports did you play in high school or college? In HS, I played tennis and was a diver all 4 years. I also did a season in gymnastics and track. I dove one year in college. I also played ultimate frisbee in college.
Anyone still play any organized sports? Nothing anymore, now I just run. I continued playing frisbee for a few years out of college, but now I have no time.
I never played sports, but I danced. I stopped when I got to college but missed it terribly. After I graduated, I joined in on a class of high schoolers at a local studio and ended up being their teacher by the end when the actual teacher just up and left. I taught four classes for a while, but with DD I just couldn't keep it up and care for DD and work full time. I still teach one tap class per week and it is the perfect amount of time to de-stress and have fun with the girls.
I was a cheerleader, but I wouldn't qualify what we did as sport. For fun, I played tennis, which was definitely high cardio since my game usually consisted of hit the fluck out of the ball and then run all over 3 courts trying to chase it down. All those people who keep it in the lines are wimps.
I danced (ballet) from age 3 through college. DH played high school and college soccer. Both of us are still very active, but nothing organized, unless you count my yoga classes.

I started dancing at age 2. I did gymnastics on & off for probably 10 years. I was also a cheerleader briefly.
I started teaching & choreographing when I was 15, so this is my ::gulp:: 20th year of teaching dance. OMG, I hadn't thought about the actual number of years until this moment.
My husband played volleyball in high school & college and still plays in a league. I actually just watched him win three sets last night. Still sort of a cheerleader, I guess.
I ran on the Track team for 3 years in High School.
I hate running, but it was so much fun it was worth it.

I ran track off an on in high school, but I was never very good quit early a few times thanks to asthma (and later on smoking with asthma; yup, I was a smart one).
In college I got really into racquetball and played in the school gym's racquetball league, but we didn't play other schools or anything like that. I tore all the ligaments in my ankle rock climbing my last semester of college and moved after graduating, so I haven't picked up a racquet since then. I should probably give it a shot sometime soon since my gym has a court and everything.
I didn't play any HS sports. I picked up CoEd Softball about a year after HS. DH joined us when we started dating. We loved it and would still play if we lived closer.
DH played football, baseball, and a season of basketball. He hated basketball! I wish I would've known him then. I'm sure he looked smokin' HOT in those baseball pants!

What sports did you play in high school or college? Basketball and tennis, baby!
Anyone still play any organized sports? Not organized but when it's warm, we meet up with our friends and my lil bros friends and play a very physical game of basketball.
I was in cross country and track in high school. I also was a cheerleader but i know many people dont consider that a sport. TBH, i was in better all iver shape during chrerleading season than i was in cross country though. I was on the rowing team when I studied abroad during college.
What sports did you play in high school or college? In HS, I was on varsity swimming, jv and varsity track (sprinter and relays) and sophomore and varsity cheerleading. I swam a bit in college but nothing major.Anyone still play any organized sports? I played on an adult for-fun soccer league a few years ago. It was fun but not my thing. I lasted 1 season. I don't do anything organized now, though I keep active.
Played basketball and track (long jump, triple long jump, and relays) in high school. I also played the clarinet in band. Freshman year of college I played intermural basketball. Now I dislike exercise... I gain weight and take initiative to start exercising, but I hate it and don't stick with it.

I'm trying to get back into running after having my DD.

I played Volleyball, basketball and soccer in high school. I was also on the swim team until I was 16.
I continued to play basketball in university
I still play basketball in our local women's league. We play every Sunday. It's awesome!
Growing up I rode horses - I rode for my college's equestrian team.
Now I don't ride anymore (although someday I'd love to get back into it) but I cycle and I practice yoga.
