2 weeks ago I miscarried

February 9th, I was in the ER for my m/c which occurred naturally. I've spotted on and off since then but haven't had much pain until today. My doctor said my period won't come until March so I don't know why I am having cramping. I also had pregnancy tissue like discharge after wiping today. Could I be getting my period already? It's been 2 weeks. My HCG levels were confirmed to have dropped completely.

    I've read other stories and some ladies say they got their AF 2 weeks after they stopped bleeding from the mc. I think it's possible but your body is still out if whack so it could be a toss up.

    I don't think your doc should have said you wouldn't get AF until March, there are always exceptions to the "norm" It could be AF. unfortunatly you'll just have to wait and see. When I stopped bleeding after my miscarriage I had AF 18 days later.

    Our cycles are wonky after a loss. I wish your doctor hadn't told you that you'd get AF in March. It really really depends on so many factors.

    I waited nearly 15 weeks for my first AF.

    As for your spotting, if you are worried perhaps you can call you doctor and get check out? It's likely nothing but there is always the chance of retained tissue. If you are worried please call your doctor.

    Hi, I called the nurses line an she happened to be one to have 8 miscarriages! She was extremely knowledgable and a pleasure to speak to. She informed me that postpartum bleeding happens in miscarriage called lochia. Also, periods can range for every women. Thanks so much to her and all who replied!
