Soy isoflavones?

Has anyone heard of this method for TTC? Did it work?

  • I would not voluntarily put additional soy into my body.

    It can act like estrogen and though the jury is sort of still out on it's effects, I think you should talk to your OBGYN before taking any supplements.

  • Taking large doses of estrogen (real or fake) without the recommendation/advice of your doc is a bad idea.

    He's the single greatest thing I've done in my life and reminds me daily of how fun (and funny) life can be.  He's turned out pretty swell for having such a heartless and evil mother.
