6 weeks and first ultrasound today!

Hey everybody! Today I am 6 weeks pregnant and am actually going for my first appointment/ultrasound so I am super excited! Is it normal that I haven't had any morning sickness so far? I have the light cramping, sore boobs, and sometimes feel exhausted...but that's it. I'm kinda scared this is not normal since sometimes I get chillls and my body aches. I've had one miscarriage a year ago so I'm scared, but are chills and aching body normal signs of pregnancy? Does anybody else have them or should I be worried?

    Some women never get morning sickness so I wouldn't worry too much about that :) Also, I've been having cold chills. I think I might be a little anemic again. I had to take extra iron with my last pregnancy so I'm guessing that is the problem again. Just make sure you bring up your symptoms with your doctor. I hope you have a wonderful appointment!

    I never had any symptoms up until starting my third month. I had cramping and sore boobs just like if I was starting my period. But no morning sickness or nothing. It's totally normal though.
