Shots and cosleeping

LO had his two month shots today. He did fine during the shots but afterwards I could tell he was hurting! it just breaks my heart hearing him cry so much knowing there's not much I can do for him. We gave him Tylenol a few hours ago hoping he would calm down. He didn't even want his night time cereal bottle. Has anyone else had a breakdown after shots? And we're supposed to do this every two months? I don't think i can handle that. And he was 13 lbs 11 oz! Last visit at a month he was only 10 lbs 2 oz. my little fatty is growing fast!

Also ot but we cosleep with lo and it is so adorable that he has to be touching both of us to stay asleep. It's the little things that keep me happy. :

    My second baby had a terrible time with her 2 mo shots. I found that she never had a bad time after that first round though. Hopefully it will be that way for you too!

    My little guy had his 2 month shots yesterday Tongue Tied We don"t co-sleep but I found that giving him a warm bath and a gentle massage afterwards helped him. Hope all these babies are feeling better soon!

    My DD does this as well. She will nap longer and sttn if I am laying down with her. She doesn't need to be touching me the whole time, but if she starts to wake up and she reaches and I'm there she will go back to sleep. It's so sweet!

    Maybe next time if you give him the Tylenol before he shows any signs of discomfort? DD had her shots two days ago, and we did this, and she was her normal self. Fussy, but normal fussy all the same!

    Oh, and we also co-sleep, and she has nothing to do with DH all night, but is always snuggled up next to me, and if I even shift, she gets annoyed. Don't even ask about me getting up to use the potty! LOL

    I could have written this. My babe is miserable and in pain. And has been in and out of sleep since 4pm when we got home. Its almost 5am. She would scream whn I put her down and I have a kid who doesn't really cry. She's not hungry and my boobs feel like boulders. I usually start out in the bassinet and move her but I just put her in bed with us. I feel so helpless.
