Does anyone have this problem? It's not as bad during the day, but at night it gets horribly bad. I could drink a whole jug of water and still have the dry taste in my mouth!!! Does anyone know what to do for this, or to help the dry mouth? Thanks:
I have the same problem... I don't know if its from breathing thru my mouth because I have a stuffy nose or what but its getting worse every night ... I wonder how it can be fixed...
I have had that too!!! All day I am fine and just when I wrap up my day I am super thirsty!!! Then the debate is how much is to much before going to sleep and not getting up to many times to go to the bathroom?
It depends on the day...i ususally drink 60oz of water a day...tonight I am exremely thirsy!
Yikes.
I got a humidifier, which has been somewhat helpful. I drink water all night long (about 2 cups), and even doing so I wake up with my mouth/throat/sinuses literally dry (still a problem even when i am able to breath through my nose). Saline spray before bed and overnight also helps.
