    Ditto this. Praying the tumor was benign and that she is on the road to recovery.

    Thanks, ladies. The pathology results came back that the tumor was cancerous. Even though they got it all out during surgery, she's going to need chemo and radiation. Everything we've read online about this type of tumor is really discouraging. But we're praying for a miracle, and that she'll beat this.

    My sis was discharged on Tuesday, and is staying at our parents' house [along with her daughters], while she recovers. She's recovering very well from the surgery, so we're thankful for that. And we hope her age and relative health will help her in this fight. We appreciate your continued prayers!

    Oh Shotzie, I'm so sorry you didn't get better news for your sister. Praying that the chemo and radiation do their job and that she beats this. ((Hugs))
