Sleep help

Even though this is my second I'm still finding I don't know what to do sometimes. Recently DD wakes up when I put her down for a nap. She was sleeping in her crib for naps, but now it seems the only way she will sleep is if i hold her. This is a bit difficult because I have a three yr old DD to take care of, and because she is a cat napper (she takes a bunch of naps).

We are also having problems at night where she wakes often just to be held or rocked. As the night goes on it gets harder to put her back down.

I should add that that she is 5 months, and we already had the 4 month wakeful.

It sounds like she likes to be held--do you still swaddle? She might still like the feeling of being secure.

I was thinking the same thing, and yes we still swaddle. I'm afraid we are going to have to sleep train.
