Bumps on LO's scalp and forehead?

L had really bad cradle cap for a while, but we put some stuff on it and it seemed to be getting better.  Over the last few days he has gotten some bumps that look like adult pimples (like there might be puss inside) and that bleed when they break open.  I had taken him to the pedi for something else and she saw a few of them and said it was just cradle cap and not too bad, but they have multiplied since then and seem to really be bothering him since he is constantly trying to rub his head. We put hydrocortisone on today and are taking pics of his head to track if it is getting better, but one of them is near his eye!  Has anyone else dealt with something like this?  The pics of cradle cap online just don't look like this.  I'm going to go back into the pedi on Tuesday if it doesn't get better and see if there is a topical steroid that will help.  I just hate to see him so uncomfortable.

    I too am dealing with a similar problem. My ds has the adult pimples along his neck line and a few on the back of his head. Did you go back to the Pediatrican if so what was the out come??
