Ebates anyone?

Does anyone use this?  Any catches?  And if you'd like to refer me, just PM with what I should do.

    I use it frequently and love it. I shop online a lot so why not get money back for it?
    The only catch is that there are some loopholes and if they don't get paid, you don't get paid. For example, I bought a 299.99 pump on Diaper.com and there was an on site 20 dollars off. Later, ebates wouldn't give me the 40 dollars and said that it was because they didn't get paid since I used the on site discount.

    Other times, I have used it with other coupons. I just got a check last week and already have money waiting for the next check.
