pains in lower abdomen...

in 1st Trimester
I have been having dull to semi sharp pains in my lower right abdomen for about two days now...this wouldn't worry me but that is where the baby has been for the last two doctors visits.I'm 14 weeks nowven't had any bleeding or anything else, just the pain. Should i worry and go ahead and call the doctor or should I just wait to see if it goes away?

    could it be the round ligament pain? from the stretching? 

    If it gives you piece of mind, call the doctor :) I do when I overstress myself on stuff

    it doesnt feel like the rlp cause ive already had them..its more like a small space, maybe two inches in all that hurt...

    Your abdomen is stretching A LOT right now. I had a ton of odd aches and pains around that time. You may need to drink more water. Don't worry momma, your body is changing in so many ways!
