Oh I hate toys right now..

Since DS got diagnosed with hand foot mouth disease, I've been told to thoroughly sanitize all his toys. Fun stuff... so I got to spend the morning collecting, soaking, and rinsing legos and other small toys. Let's just say these will not be released to DS for a week when I know he's over this virus. I don't want to keep having to clean EVERYTHING. Only things I left out are those I can easily lysol or wipe down daily. Going to have to go stock up on more Lysol...

ugh - I have had to do that in the past, and I feel your pain. trying to lysol every Thomas train track and engine was horrible. He wasn't into legos yet, and as I type this, I shudder at the thought of what you just went through!!

I feel so bad for you at the moment. My DD2 had it last year. Unfortunetly she got it while DH and I were on vacation with DD1 camping in the back woods. DD2 was too young to come along and my poor mother in law ended up with the brunt of it. At least once we got home I could just take all the toys out of the living room and only leave a select few out, but MIL ended up filling her dishwasher numerous times with toys to sanitize them all before any other grand kids came over.
