Well, it's over!

I had posted late last year that my part time job was going under and it finally happened. I worked my booty off running a bunch of Super Bowl programs for my boss and now it looks like they won't even be able to keep me on after next Friday.

The worst part is that my boss hasn't even called me - I am hearing all of this from a colleague. I can't believe he isn't giving me 2 weeks notice and then is not even having the guts to call me. So frustrating.

I am so glad that I have another part time job and started looking when I did! We will be okay - it's going to be tight, but we will be okay financially. It's kind of depressing that my part time job will only make about $65 a week after I pay for daycare, but that's better than nothing and after all the time I put in to pass my certification exams it would not make sense for me to be a SAHM and lose all of that. Hopefully I can find some more freelance work too.

Still, major bummer!

Sorry to hear this! I remember you working your booty off during superbowl while I was eating way too much food. Remember that everything happens for a reason. I bet something fantastic is coming down the road for you.
