i have been having exactly 27 day cycles for the last 7 months....AF due Sat. and i just got it last nite along with the worst cramps ever!!!! i even had to leave work today bc off my cramps. bleeding is lighter than usual. so i guess my question is, is this really AF? a whole week early seems weird. im prob just hoping its not but anyone have similar situation??

    Cycles can change from month to month.  No big deal.

    Could be AF, could be implantation spotting.  But if you had that bad of cramps it is probably AF.
