Spotting at 5 weeks after IVF

Hi all,

 I recently found out I was pregnant after a successful ET. I am on Estradiol and Endometrin. I have had very light, intermittent spotting for the past week and a half.the spotting is usually just on the tissue or the medicine applicator. It's usually brown but sometimes pink. I otherwise feel fine. But seeing as how we have been dealing with fertility issues for over two years and are finally pregnant I am anxious to say the least.

Any ideas if this is normal?

    spotting with IVF can be more common than with a 'regular' pregnancy.   have you been having betas? are they rising normally?

    I'm still unsure of all the lingo on here what do you mean by betas? I have had two blood tests to check my HCG levels and they were fantastic (and high) both times.

    yes beta is the HCG so if they were doubling ok i wouldnt worry too much!.  when do you go back to your RE?

    Thank you. I have an appointment March 1 for an ultrasound. I did email my RE  to see if they are concerned, but otherwise I'll just hope for the best at my appointment.
