Fussy during the day

Hi,

My five month old twins are sleeping about ten hours each night..7pm-5am. We are so thankful for this since they were sleeping only two hours at time until about three months. However, they do not have regular naps during the day. They usually take cat naps for at most one hour but usually only about twenty minutes. My one daughter is pretty content with this but my other daughter is fussy almost all day and only will nap when held. I don't mind holding her but its hard with two. Any thoughts??

I would try holding her as I lay down with her and the slowly release her when she's about to fall asleep. Let her feel you shift away. My twins are not the best nappers either. Typically they nap 45 min to an hour. If they wake up earlier, I just put their soothers on and give them 10+ minutes to see If they'll go back to sleep. They typically go back to sleep..... Try soothers f they wake up.
