Pjs w/ extra long tops?

Has anyone found a brand that where the tops run particularly long or you buy pj pieces separately? C barely wears 2T during the day but I'll probably need to buy 4T in his spring/summer pjs just to get tops long enough. The shorts will fall though! Right now we use Carters but they're just not long enough.

For somewhat silly reasons (C sometimes complains about tags, so he has something to wear for pj days at daycare, and b/c he looks cute in pjs!), I'd prefer to find actual pjs rather than just use cotton daytime shirts/shorts.

I think that the Gap snug fits have pretty long tops, but A is also kind of short, so I don't know if it's just because of that. He wears a 2T in the snug fit and they are kind of long.

I know you mentioned separates but we just do the one piece PJs and get the bigger size. Right now she's in mostly 3T and they fit just fine. We have the same problem for separates...she has a really long torso. Should be fun in the summer! Maybe you could do a switch-a-roo in the store w/o getting caught

Just swap out the tops to a larger size? (as evil as that may be...but hey, what are you gonna do!?)

I have found Target's snug pajamas and Carter's shirt and pants pajamas to fit well in the length department. Kohl's PJs run REALLY small (Charlie wears a 4T!) so don't even bother there.

I haven't bought their pjs yet, but in regular play clothes, I've found that Old Navy tends to run tall and skinny. Their stuff seems to fit my DS the best.

Just realized we actually have an ON set (his clearance Christmas jammies) and he asked to wear them tonight. That top DID seem longer so will try that route. Thanks all!

We should swap. J's legs are long. He has on 3Ts right now and they are highwaters on him. The shirts fit pretty well. I can't wait until he can wear shorts pjs again so I don't have to worry about it.

LOL! Yeah, we definitely have the reverse problem. In fact, he can still wear 18 month pants during the day w/ plenty of length but shirts are belly shirts.

Someone gave us Spiderman jammies from Kohl's and they seem to fit him nicely. Though, now that I think about it, they are a size 4, so maybe that's why! But then they must run small since he is a 3T.
