Very weird sensation/pain - am I alone?

This is my second pregnancy and I've experienced this weird sensation with both. I haven't seen anyone else discuss it and can't find anything online about it through a quick search.

Now that I'm quite large, if I wait a while to use the bathroom and let my bladder get really full, when I do finally go, I feel this "dropping" sensation inside my abdomen as if the baby is sliding down as my bladder empties. And then this "empty" pain hits as if I'm suddenly STARVING.  The whole thing goes away within a minute or two, but it's quite uncomfortable.

However, I've been experiencing this pain almost constantly since I got home from work last night. I'm walking around with a perpetual stomachache that feels "empty" like I just used the restroom. It does help when I eat, but it returns soon after. It goes away when I sit down, but any time I stand up to walk around the house or my office, it returns.

Anyone else experiencing this?

    I don't know about the correlation with the peeing or baby dropping, but it could be indigestion.

    I don't think it's indigestion. I've definitely had that, too, but it feels different.

    Maybe it's not called indigestion? I don't get the burning feeling, but it feels like my stomach is full of air and at the same time empty. I had it bad early in pregnancy, and I get it on my random hormone surge days. Tums helps, as does walking a lot, even while eating.

    Yes! I've noticed that sensation too-that after I pee the babies feel like the drop some-its so strange.
