Update on my DD

Last Night I *thought* posted the following but it didn't. So here was last night's update:**Thank you all so much for the thoughts and prayers! Keep them coming. Well this morning she stopped breathing so she has been on a breathing machine all day long. If we give her insulin her number either goes very low or very high. She is spilling high amounts of ketones in her urine as well. She is also been throwing up. Doctor are not sure what is going on exactly but we are just watching her very closely to make sure she doesn't go into coma. I will let you know if anything changed. Thanks again!

Today's Update:

This morning Ellie woke up around 8 at 421 which is extremely high. So they gave her insulin and it went down to 32 which is too low. This has been going on all day but the numbers change. She has been between 21-452 all day long. She is also still spilling large amounts of ketones in her urine. Which means that her body is not responding the way we want it to. To the insulin. She stopped breathing again so she is still on the breathing machine. She has also had a fever all day and is throwing up. She screams in how much pain she is. It breaks my heart in to millions of pieces. Thank you all so much for the love and support! Definitely sending prayers for your sweet girl. My FIL is going through this exact thing right now (highs of 515 and lows in the 40's) so I hope they can figure out what's happening asap. Lots of healing vibes your way!

I was wondering about you earlier. Sounds like things are still a roller coaster. I can't even imagine how stressful this is. Hopefully the doctors can get things under control soon.

I am sooo sorry that your family has to go through this. My heart is breaking for your DD. I am sending so many healing vibes your way. I understand how diffcult this is for you and especially for her. I am hoping the doctors are able to figure out anything that can help her right now. Please keep updating if you are able to.
