I have 9 vivelle patches expiring 5/2013 and 8 vivelle patches expiring 8/2013. If anyone is in need of these please let me know and ill send your way. I no longer need them and hate to see them go to waste.

There is a program in place for those who are OOP and for those looking to donate. Please contact the OOP med program coordinator. It isn't right to offer meds in a post when there are girls on a well created systematic waiting list for medication.

I have reached out numerous times since the new women took over and no response. So took it upon myself to find someone that I can help myself. Thank you so much for letting me know though. Wish t was efficient as back in the day.

Megan, it was so nice to hear from you, since this is the first time I've heard about this issue I thought we should clear the air about some of your concerns.

Firstly, I never received any emails from you regarding your extra meds. I searched oop email and the last email from you was a year ago.

It's bad enough we may be bitter because we are having a hard time conceiving. In the future if you have not received a response from me, please page me here on TB.

Fyi there are not any requests for vivelle at this time . Once there is I will let you know.

I believe she gave them to someone on the IF board. However I'm not certain. If you email me at oopmeds@yahoo.com I can match you with some. There is plenty available.

Mm29 does a fantastic job running this program and every email I have ever sent to oopmedsyahoo.com has received a response.

My advice to anyone is to make sure that you follow the proper channels first before blasting anyone. I have been a very fortunate recipient of donations so thank you to everyone who contacts oopmedsyahoo.com in order to donate.

I find the comment about the program not running as efficiently to be incredibly hurtful and unnecessary. I remember when the program was handed off there weren't many takers for the job including yourself. She volunteers her time to help people in need and deserves a little respect. I have worked with her donate my meds and had a response in under an hour. If you had a problem you should have addressed it privately with her rather than publicly undermining such a valuable program on this board.

I agree. If you didn't get an answer you should have tried again or sent her a PM. We all have lives and work outside of IF and you didn't even give her a chance to get back to you.

MM29 is a very active, valued, and respected member of the IF and IFV communities and she has contributed more than her fair share of her time and energy both to the program and to the community. Her kindness and generosity deserve respect. I find it disheartening that "an active member" can call this board theirs and not know who she is, what she does, and how much of an asset she is, let alone chastise another regular poster for sticking up and supporting MM when she has been publicly criticized. We all contribute in different ways.

I can't figure out what "knowing all about the struggles of infertility" has to do with anything. You likely weren't well received because of your accusatory tone, which is a bit brash, because the OOP organizer is doing all of this out of the goodness of her heart and it's no easy feat.

Facebook also has an "others" mail folder where your message likely ended up, if that's how you sent it. This is a relatively new feature where some people are even being asked to pay $1 to facebook to make sure it goes into the proper folder.

Again, you are being a bit condescending with your comment to "please understand that being nice to others who are trying to help is best". It's not that people are trying at all to be unfriendly or don't want you to help, but those who regularly post here (not sporadically) follow a certain protcol and it's easy to step on toes if you bulldoze in getting critical of how the OOP stuff is handled and then try to get smug about it.

What I don't understand is how you don't see that this is all we were asking you to do, to be nice to someone trying to help others. It seems incredibly disingenuous for you to say what you did and then say "hey you should be nice to me because I am trying to help someone". By your own logic, shouldn't you be nice to MM29 who is just trying to help a whole lot of people?

I did not see those either, I?m not sure where you posted on the FB page. I am the first to admit I am not as diligent checking the FB page; however I do check it about once a week.

Megan, All I ask is for you to page me if I haven't responded. Chances are I did not see your requests or messages. I do not want people to think that OOP meds is not a good resource for them! It is an amazing resource and I spend hours each week matching people.
